Mundhir is the co-founder of Phoenix Consulting Oman and the Director of its Muscat office. He has spent over 25 years as the Human Resources Director of Petroleum Development Oman, the largest land-based Oil & Gas Company in Oman with 6,000 staff and 30,000 contractors. As Director of Human Resources and an integral member of the Managing Directors’ Committee (MDC), he developed the Human Resources function with particular focus on improving the Employee Value Proposition for staff, resolving industrial relation issues, as well developing and implementing strategies for creating job opportunities.

Profile Overview

Feras is a Professional Development Facilitator, Coach, and Mentor; he specializes in the design and delivery of training programs, specifically those targeting the leadership and interpersonal traits of employees. His core area of expertise lies in reinforcing behaviors and talent development. His pragmatic training methodology, active learning and coaching approaches, are based on real life case studies from his regional experience in different industries (especially during his tenure with Chevron) across all organizations’ levels up to the executive team, their strategic and leadership programs. Feras is currently Hogan Assessments’ Lead Trainer in the MENA region. Feras has also worked on an Assessment Center project for the Saudi government, assessing Deputy Ministers level candidates.
